La Casa Gran

Manorial house in the pedestrian zone, historic center of Benavites, a quiet and historic village very close to the beaches of Canet and Almenara. La Casa Gran consists of 2 independent dwellings with a shared entrance. One entire dwelling, "Casa Pairal," is rented, ideal for families. It has spacious areas: a fully equipped kitchen-office (for 12) with large windows opening onto a landscaped patio with a shaded area for outdoor dining, garden furniture, and a pool.
Casa Pairal features a large living room with air conditioning, smart TV, billiard table, and a children's play area. Four bedrooms (3 family; 1 double), each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heating. A large hallway accommodates an extra bed. In total: 3 double beds, 5 single beds, one extra bed, and 3 cribs (maximum capacity of 8 adults and 4 children). The shaded area in the patio is exclusively for guests and includes a gas and charcoal barbecue. A laundry room is also located here.
