Cavalcade of the Kings - January 5th

On this magical night, the Three Wise Men travel through the streets of the town in a colorful parade full of lights, music, and joy. The Kings, accompanied by their attendants and decorated floats, distribute candy and small gifts to children, who eagerly await their arrival. It is a tradition that combines fantasy and emotion, creating a festive atmosphere that unites the whole community.

Bou de Gener - last Saturday of January

A traditional bullfighting event organized by the A.C.T. Bou de Gener association. The celebration includes bull runs and popular festivities.

Calderes de San Pau - last Sunday of January

A popular tradition celebrating the feast of Saint Paul. Large cauldrons of rice, meat, and chickpeas are cooked, sharing food and joy among the neighbors.

La Foguera de Sant Antoni - third Saturday of January

A celebration in honor of Saint Anthony the Abbot with large bonfires, processions, animal blessings, music, and dances, symbolizing purification and spiritual renewal. Watch the video

Las Fallas del Colle

Organized by the CRA Benavites, it is celebrated as part of the traditional Valencian Fallas. Students and teachers prepare their own falla over the course of several weeks, with handmade figures that represent current or local themes, showcasing their creativity and effort. The celebration includes activities such as parades, music, popular meals, and the exciting "Cremà", where the falla is burned in a festive and symbolic atmosphere.

Holy Week - from April 13th to 20th

Holy Week is celebrated starting with Palm Sunday and culminating with Easter Sunday. This festival is one of the most important religious traditions in Spain, marked by solemn processions, liturgical acts, and cultural manifestations in numerous cities and towns. The Encounter - during Holy Week

Held on Saturday night. This event represents the moment when the Virgin Mary meets her resurrected son, Jesus Christ. It is a moment of great emotion and solemnity, accompanied by music, prayers, and the joy of the Resurrection.

First Communions - last Sunday of May

A special religious celebration where children receive their first Eucharist. The ceremony includes a solemn mass and, later, family gatherings and festivities. It is a significant event that combines spirituality, tradition, and family unity.

April Fair

It is a unique event that combines tradition, fun, and local culture. In addition to music, dances, and typical cuisine, local crafts can be purchased at the market stalls. 5K Race - Volta a peu per terme de Benavites

Saint John's Eve - June 23rd

It is a magical celebration enjoyed near the sea in Benavites. The beaches come alive as families and friends light bonfires, symbols of purification and renewal.
